I started my career in the music industry, working at a firm that managed music producers like Andy Sturmer from Jellyfish, Dave Way and John Fields. After that, I became a manager at the legendary Larrabee Sound Studios in North Hollywood, where I had a front-row seat to the making of classic early-2000s albums like Continuum by John Mayer, Loose by Nelly Furtado and Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield.

From there, I moved to Universal Music Group, where I worked in their newly formed digital marketing department back when social media consisted of YouTube and Myspace. I was recruited to work for a new division of UMG called IMF: The International Music Feed, which Vice called the last TV network that gave a shit about music. For three glorious years, we created video content with bands like The Killers, Good Charlotte, and Fall Out Boy.

After IMF closed its doors, I co-founded a creative agency with my husband, Dex. We helped local LA clients like Umami Burger, Sunset Tower Hotel, and celebrity skincare gurus The Face Place with branding, web design, and social media marketing. In 2010, we got involved in a very niche new industry - TV flash sales - which catapulted us from a boutique firm to a large-scale operation with over sixty employees.

Over the course of the next four years, our role in these segments expanded to handling booking, merchandising, customer service, and fulfillment. At our peak, we had contractual partnerships with ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox and were running twenty to thirty TV flash sales per week.

Many of the brands we worked with on our TV flash sale segments also hired us for our other creative and marketing services, keeping both sides of our business very busy. We became so involved with helping clients launch new brands, that we launched several of our own including Massi, Parker Daniels, Amanda Marmer and Cuore & Pelle.

But, most importantly, our success in TV allowed me to start a dog rescue, under which I have rescued over one hundred dogs from high-kill shelters.

After 2020, we relocated to the Dallas area with our gaggle of senior dogs and our sassy potbelly pig, Sky. We bought twenty-three acres of beautiful Texas land and built fifteen-thousand-square feet of warehouse space, which we use to operate our vintage furniture and fashion businesses.

I now work with clients on a project basis to launch new brands or revamp their current look & feel. I am currently developing a new line of gemstone jewelry for dogs and writing my first novel.
